
Stress is a fact of life, but being stressed out isn't. Small changes in our lifestyle can make a big difference in the way we feel. Sure it's easier to say yes, but trying to do everything is a one-way ticket for disaster. Besides, yes isn't always the best answer and saying no can actually be good for you.
